What if rosé poached pears were an outfit?

Spring is finally here, and we all know what that means. It’s officially rosé season! Bonus points if it’s got bubbles. On the off-chance that you get overly enthusiastic on a Saturday, and then on Sunday morning find a half a bottle of not-so-sparkling rosé leftover in the fridge, a good way to put your erstwhile bubbly to good use is to make these beautiful poached pears.

Another unarguably wonderful way to celebrate spring (and brunch) is with a new outfit. And while it might be verging on the cliché to celebrate spring in a pink dress, you can make it less so by pairing it with the chillest sneaks, sexy slinky socks, just the right bag and earrings that look like actual bubbles. Happy spring and happy shopping!
